Time: 45 minutes (including second coat and drying time)
Materials: pencils, tape, acrylic paint, cardboard box
1. Wrap the pencils in tape. It helps to pull the pencil tight while you turn.
2. Paint pencils— allow drying time between coats.
3. Unwrap!
