Time: 45 minutes, including dry time
Materials: watercolor paper, heart punch, food coloring, twine, tape

1. Brush water onto your watercolor paper, the more the better. Then, before the water dries, add your food color drops. A few drops go a long way.
2. Let dry.
3. Once dry, use the heart punch to make your cutouts.
4. Measure the amount of twine you’ll need so your garland will be centered.
5. Tape your hearts to your twine.

6. Hang up and enjoy!
See how I did it on Vine:
Time: 25 minutes
Materials: ornament, plant, soil, rocks, moss, paint

1. Roll up a piece of paper to make a funnel. Add a layer of rocks.

2. Add your soil. 1/4 cup is more than enough!

3. Add moss and plants. I used a chopstick to help with positioning.

Update
While I used tillandsias for my terrariums, I recommend that you use a succulent or other plant that requires soil and moisture to live. Because of the delicacy of the air plant, it’s been more high maintenance than expected.
Time: 15 minutes
Materials: envelopes/tags, heart punch, hot glue gun, fabric scraps

Time: 25 minutes
Materials: notebooks, spray bottle, acrylic paint, water, rubbing alcohol

*To make your own acrylic spray paint, fill half of your spray bottle with equal parts water and rubbing alcohol. The more paint you add, the more vibrant your spray color will be.

When I started this project, I had dreams of making double sides snowflakes; one side wrapping paper, the other side glitter paper. The two layers of paper made it too thick to cut any interesting designs, so alas, here are some basic wrapping paper snowflakes!
Time: 10 minutes
Materials: wrapping paper, scissors, ornament hooks

To learn how to make paper snowflakes, watch this awesome video.
Time: 30 minutes

Time: 5 minutes
Materials: stamp, heat embosser, embossing powder, watermark ink pad

1. Stamp your design.
2. Cover with embossing powder and shake off the excess.
3. Turn on your heat embossing tool and hold about a couple inches away for 20 seconds to set the design.
Time: 1 hour
Materials: picture frame, yarn, E-6000 glue

*Buy the lovely postcard seen above by Quill & Fox here.
Time: 25 minutes
Materials: matted frame, PVA, brush, paper of your choice, x-acto knife

1. Remove the mat and measure how much paper you need.
2. With the design side down, cut out the paper from the center using an x-acto knife. Leave a small frame around the inside.

3. Cut triangles out of each corner. On the inside, make diagonal slits, but don’t remove any paper. This will make it easier to fold.

4. Using the PVA, glue the mat to the paper, lining up your cuts from the previous step. Use the bone folder to smooth out the paper as you fold and glue.
